Einzel Focussing Lens

In the Einzel lens, The electrodes are stainless steel made and insulators are Al2O3 made. Special care is taken for protecting the insulators against metallic deposit. This design allows using the central electrode up to 30 kV. The final design of the lens has to be approved by the customer. The system is delivered with vacuum and HV certificates, attesting leak < 10 -10 mb l/s and voltage of 35 kV during one hour.
