Description
The RAD IQ™ S100 is an advanced spectroscopic portal (ASP) system intended for portal, vehicle, pedestrian or luggage monitoring. An affordable solution to bulky and expensive portal monitors, the RAD IQ S100 features an integrated digital multi - channel analyzer (MCA) for radioisotope identification. An intelligent isotope identification algorithm makes it possible to identify radioisotopes of extremely low radioactivity. The RAD IQ™ S100 includes an Ethernet interface that provides remote, real-time, and 24/7 monitoring. When a radiation event occurs, local alarms are triggered, the date and time are recorded, the location of the area is noted, the event is photographed, the radioactive material is identified, a isotope spectrum is recorded, and remote notification can occur. Furthermore, its flexible mounting feature offers effortless installation at any places such as doorways, driveways or conveyor systems.
